The Tankkari II project in Kokkola comprises three two-storey residential buildings, totaling 85 apartments and a gross floor area of 4,219 m². The buildings are situated on an 11,287 m² plot in a centrally located area of the city. The project was carried out with the company serving as the main contractor.
Scope of Work:
Construction of load-bearing concrete frame
Brick masonry and double-layer rendered facades
Standing seam sheet metal roofing
As the main contractor, the company was responsible for managing the entire construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance.
